If there's one thing I look forward to more than anything else in the big wide world of fashion its the changing of the season. There's something so entirely exciting about transitioning from the boho brights of August to the tempting treats that are autumn/winter styles. I have to admit, I always have been and always will be a huge advocate for autumn/winter fashion. Some would even go as far as to say I'm a roll neck Fan Girl!
That being said, it is only September, so whilst I may want to run out and pile on seventeen different knits and blanket capes all at the same time, I'm attempting to hold my horses just a little. The perfect way to start transitioning from summer to autumn is layering. Nothing too heavy, but by simply popping a Victorian style blouse (believe me they are going to be huge the coming season!) under a dress it creates a whole new silhouette. This denim number is also an extremely hard working piece, I'll be wearing it with a chunky knit and thick tights come winter.
