OH HEY AUTUMN!

 So the holiday posts are officially over, today is the last day of August (seriously WHERE has the summer gone this year?!?!) so the let the autumny outfit posts begin! I've said it before but I'll say it again, Autumn/Winter is forever my favourite time of year. My girlfriends, my brothers and my own birthdays all come in the next two months, as well as my favourite occasions Halloween and bonfire night and then of course Christmas!! (Apologies to those that are bah-humbug but expect some serious 6 year old excitement from me once December comes, I am obsessed with Christmas). But another reason I love this time of year is and always has been the fashion. There's something about the rich colour scheme, animal print, metallic and fur that just gets me every time.

BUT alas, it is only just September (tomorrow!) so for now I'll stick to just a hint at autumn outfit, whilst keeping that last of the summer edge. Today's outfit in jam packed full of goodies that I've been meaning to blog for a while, but what with being away for a while have only just got round to it! This AMAZING FLUFFY co-rd from Missguided is an absolute dream. Fluffy jumpers were big last year but this baby is just so so perfect. In fact my best friend pointed out to me that it's also the perfect winter 'night out' outfit, keeps you warm whilst still being uber stylish. I've paired it here with the coat of the season, the duster, in one of my favourite autumn shades this year, this gorgeous khaki! HOLIDAY STYLE DIARY;4

So this is my last holiday post! I think I've timed this just about right as its coming up to September, so I think I'm allowed to start with some autumness pretty soon eeeek! Look out for some major faux fur lovin' coming your way!

Now onto this look, I was kindly sent this dress from USC Clothing and think it's the perfect little dress for holiday! The material is really nice and thin, which was perfect for Malta, as I said in the last post it was so bloody HOT HOT, that it was impossible to wear anything too thick. I proper love the daisy print as well, its always nice to find a floral dress that isn't your typical ditsy floral, pastel coloured mini.

I've got a very exciting night coming up in the very near future that I can't wait to tell you all about, will hopefully be meeting lots of absolute blogger BABES which is really really exciting!

HOLIDAY STYLE DIARY:3

I can't believe its actually still august?! It's so easy to think that once your back off holiday that the summer is straight away over (which I guess weather wise is most definitely is seen as I haven't been able to get my tan out once in damn English weather!!). But Alas I still have some holiday outfits to show you all.

You've probably noticed that most of my holiday evening outfit post's are quite minimal, very little in the form of accessories and excessive clothing etc. Now let me tell you, this is because it is always SO FREAKING HOT in Malta that it is literally physically impossible to wear anything without sweating like crazy, and who wants to see that really!!

So on to this lovely dress/playsuit (deceiving I know!). This was another gorgeous item sent from In Love With Fashion, and was so perfect for evening as it has the perfect amount of coverage whilst keeping nice and cool. Plus the colour is SO GORGEOUS!

Looking through all of these holiday pictures has got me full of serious holiday blues! I'm worried my tan is fading already (I'm moisturising like there's no tomorrow), but very excited to see lots of lush new bits in stores and online for the up and coming aw14 season. As much as I love summer, my heart belongs to winter fashion, fur, sequins, metallic and deep reds are my major passion so look out for some autumn goodness coming into play very soon!!

HOLIDAY STYLE DIARY:1

I'm back from my holidays!! Had such an amazing two weeks in Malta with my lovely family and boyfriend, sad to have had to come home, but so excited to be back to full time blogging! I actually really did miss you guys, feel so out of the loop!

Anyways the next few posts or so will all be dedicated to some of my holiday looks (not all of them unfortunately, I didn't feel it was right to have a working holiday, everyone needs some time to relax don't they!) so I hope you like them!

I picked up this gorgeous burgundy two-piece in new look just before going away. it's not normally something I would go for as I'm not much of a blazer girl, but the pattern screamed out buy me and  I truly LOVE it! It can be dressed up or down however you please really, here I've just worn a trusty lace bralet, cant go wrong there I don't think!
